Vegetarian Mughlai Parantha

•    ½ Kg wheat flour
•    ½ kg semolina
•    ½ kg all purpose flour
•    Salt to taste
•    ½ tbs Mango powder
•    ½ tbs black pepper powder
•    ½ tbs red chili powder
•    Oil for dough preparation and for shallow frying
•    ½ cup Milk/ coconut milk

Take a large bowl and mix all purpose flour, semolina and wheat flour. Add about 2tbs of oil, salt to taste, black pepper powder, chili powder and milk to the flour and knead well to prepare soft dough. Cover the dough and keep aside to set for 15-30 mints.
Divide the dough into small balls and roll out into chapattis and shallow fry in a pan. Serve hot with yogurt/ salsa or curries.
